Terms of Service

By creating a 3BONT account or using the 3BONT app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an independent 3BONT account. Minors under 18 may use the app only through a parent or guardian's account, and only within the "Train" pillar for academy enrollment. Children under 13 may not create or operate an account under any circumstances. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for all activity of minors they register.

3BONT has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the app, you agree you will not post, upload, or transmit content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable, and you will not harass or abuse other users. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination. See our Community Guidelines for the full policy and reporting procedures.

You retain ownership of content you post but grant 3BONT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app and related services. You represent that you own or have the right to post any content you upload. 3BONT may remove any content at its discretion.

Payments for Academy enrollment are processed through our third-party payment provider (Paymob) and cover exclusively in-person, physical training services delivered by the Academy at a real-world location. Academy subscriptions do not unlock any digital content, premium features, or online services inside the 3BONT app.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable except where the Academy fails to deliver the contracted in-person service, in which case refund disputes are resolved between the user and the Academy, with 3BONT facilitating where reasonable.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). 3BONT may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• This agreement is between you and 3BONT only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• 3BONT, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property claims.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms of service when using the app.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 3BONT shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
