3BONT ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by 3BONT SPORTS DEVELOPMENT, located at 4 Abdelmoneim Hafez, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using 3BONT, you consent to the practices described here.

We process data (a) to perform our contract with you (e.g., booking a match, processing enrollment), (b) for legitimate interests (e.g., app analytics, fraud prevention, security), and (c) with your consent where required (e.g., precise location, push notifications).

We share data with:

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside Egypt and the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account in-app at Settings → Delete Account. Upon a verified deletion request, all personal data is purged from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, legal holds).

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be fixed.
• Deletion — request erasure of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection or restriction — object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
• Complaint — file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

3BONT is not intended for children under 13 to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through a parent or guardian enrolling them via the "Train" pillar. Parents retain full control over their child's data and can request deletion at any time by contacting contact@3bont.com. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without proper parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and encryption at rest on our backend infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected users of any material data breach as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
